Candidate factories and trading counterparties are researched and assessed for each brief using capability evidence, certification records, and verifiable shipment references where available.

Requirement-led sourcing
A buyer's requirement is translated into a specification and prospective sourcing scope. Any supply, delivery, Incoterms, and risk-transfer obligations arise only under the signed per-order contract.

RFQ preparation
Requests structured so returned quotes are comparable on terms, Incoterms 2020, lead times, payment instrument, and conformity — not only on unit price.

Trade lane coordination
Origin, mode, and destination obligations — CBAM, BIS FMCS, SABER, ACI Nafeza, CITEO, Regulation (EU) 2024/3015, and UFLPA forced-labour frameworks — are assessed for the proposed order before any quote is accepted; feasibility is not assumed.

Supplier verification
Vetting framework with hard gates on origin traceability, sanctions screening against EU consolidated, OFAC SDN, UN Security Council, UK HMT and the French Registre national des gels, and forced-labour risk before any commercial reliance.

Transaction execution
A proposed bilateral transaction is coordinated only after written terms are accepted. Each order remains subject to its contract, approvals, and qualified counterparties.
