This site is the public-facing presence of Bonategia, an international B2B trading company. The website is informational. It does not constitute a quotation, an offer to sell, or a binding commitment. Commercial terms are agreed separately and in writing for each engagement.

Scope of the trading company

Bonategia operates as an international B2B trading company under French SASU legal form, subject to corporate tax (IS). Engagements are formalised through bilateral commercial contracts on a per-order basis.

Commercial terms — including price, quantity, lead time, certifications, Incoterms, and risk transfer — are agreed in writing for each engagement and form the sole basis of the contractual relationship between the parties.

Outside scope

• Activity that contravenes EU, OFAC, UN, UK, or French sanctions.
• Engagement with facilities credibly associated with forced labour or material origin obfuscation.
• Operating as the importer of record in lanes where regulatory exposure exceeds the engagement's commercial scope.
• Tax, legal, or customs advice — specialist counsel is coordinated as needed but not substituted.

Liability

Information on this website is provided "as is" and may be revised without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Bonategia excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, save for liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud and gross negligence).

Commercial liability under a specific trading engagement is governed by that engagement's contract and by the active professional liability cover held by Bonategia.

The content of this website — including text, marks, layout, and typography — is the property of Bonategia or its licensors. Self-hosted typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. All other elements may not be reproduced without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable French and EU copyright law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, save where mandatory consumer-protection provisions require otherwise.
